Spring Garden Fundraiser

Colony Cats is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose primary mission is to address cat overpopulation in central Ohio through public awareness and spay/neuter efforts. Since 2002, our organization has facilitated spay/neuter of over 20,000 cats and dogs, and placed more than 16,500 pets in homes. During 2020 and 2021, our medical expenses have increased because of the lack of spay and neuter services due to vet offices being closed because of COVID-19. The amount of kittens born directly causes expenses to go up because of the fragile nature of kittens. Did you know we are quickly approaching kitten season? Only 25% of kittens survive when born on the streets. The kittens along with their parents also cost money to be altered to help end the cycle of homeless cats. Colony Cats does everything we can for kittens to give them the fighting chance they deserve to grow up in wonderful homes. Colony Cats also does not turn down a dog in need.
