Grass Zebra - 3 bareroot plants
Grass Zebra - 3 bareroot plants
SHIPS IN THE FALL
The Zebra Grass produces striped green leaves in a tall, arching grass. Despite sounding like this plant has been imported from the African Savannah, Zebra Grass actually originated near East Asia. The color of the leaves can even change between seasons! In late summer, they are even known to bloom tiny white flowers. However, they are mainly grown for their foliage and feathery plumes rather than solely for the blooms. After all, it is not every day you can find striped ornamental grass plants!
Young zebra grass responds best to soil temperatures between 70 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit. As they mature, Zebra Grass can face conditions in hardiness zones 4 to 9.
